From a pop superstar to one of the most beloved SNL alums in history, it doesn’t get any bigger than this lineup. See who’s hosting and performing as a Musical Guest for SNL Season 51’s last three episodes, below:
- May 2: Olivia Rodrigo
- May 9: Matt Damon / Noah Kahan
- May 16: Will Ferrell / Paul McCartney

On May 2, Olivia Rodrigo will make her hosting debut — but she’ll also follow in Harry Styles’ footsteps, pulling double duty as the episode’s Musical Guest.
The 23-year-old already has two SNL Musical Guest appearances under her belt (Seasons 46 and 49) and will step inside the iconic Studio 8H in support of her upcoming studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, dropping June 12.
One week later, on May 9, actor Matt Damon will take the stage for the third time as an SNL Host, with singer-songwriter Noah Kahan joining the festivities as the episode’s Musical Guest. Damon’s new film, The Odyssey, hits theaters everywhere on July 17.

Season 51 of SNL officially wraps up with the May 16 episode, which features a truly legendary Host and Musical Guest duo: Will Ferrell and Paul McCartney.
Ferrell is an SNL icon who was part of the cast from Season 21 to Season 27 and has been a member of the illustrious Five-Timers Club since his last hosting gig in Season 45. McCartney made his first appearance as an SNL Musical Guest all the way back in Season 5. The May 16 episode marks the former Beatles member’s fifth time taking the stage as a solo artist.

When’s the next new episode of SNL?
